The furnished apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, living room, washing machine, dryer, and a small terrace with a sliding glass door. Utilities 105€ included: boiler maintenance, common area maintenance, cold water (for 3 tenants), and insurance with waiver of recourse. Other utilities (gas, electricity, internet, TV, etc.) are the tenant's responsibility. Quiet street, close to supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, convenience stores, cafes, shops, etc. A roommate who terminates the lease early is required to find a replacement roommate before the expiry of the notice period they gave (2 months), in which case they are released from their obligations upon signing the addendum. Otherwise, to be released from their obligations, they must demonstrate that they have conducted an active and sufficient search to find a new roommate to replace them. In any event, the roommate's obligations cease for the future after a period of six months following the expiry date of the notice period.
